India: MCX lower again

Yesterday on the MCX cotton futures platform, prices settled sharply lower in all active contracts. Daily turnover was lighter at 570 lots (14.250 bales).

In today’s business, October and December have declined further, but the November delivery has advanced slightly. At around 12.45 IST, October had last traded at ₹30,620 per bale (nearly ₹64,055 per candy), down ₹170 from last night’s close.
