The China Cotton Index (basis Type 3128B) has risen today by 25 yuan compared with the value ruling before the holiday, to 13,076 yuan per tonne, equivalent to 93.09 US cents per lb.
Type 2227B increased by 12 yuan to 11,971 yuan per tonne (85.23 US cents per lb) and Type 2129B advanced by 19 yuan to 13,642 yuan per tonne (97.12 US cents per lb).
