Brazil: November export shipments

Last month’s raw cotton export shipments amounted to 253,700 tonnes, the highest total of the year to date but still somewhat short of the volume (269,000 tonnes) recorded during the same month of 2022.

The total for the July/November period is close to 843,000 tonnes, an increase of six percent from the previous year, though largely as a result of the volumes exported in July and August, which included some quantities from the previous crop.
